Welcomed with courtesy and professional concern about meeting my needs. The Service Manager (Rob Gerst) came out to visit with me about a new recommended service, which he explained and then answered my questions. I was highly appreciative of this notification. He said it could be done while my vehicle was already in, but needed another 45 to 55 minutes to complete the added service. He offered to take me him, but I chose to stay and wait. I actually needed to wait only another forty minutes. As always trusted and quality service!

The best thing I liked was the courtesy and promptness of the employees. I feel like family. I was very impressed with how everyone worked together.

I had to leave it and after leaving I got text messages and a phone call explaining the progress and the projected estimate for the repairs. They did what they said so we trusted them and they completely followed through with all their commitments. They ordered the needed parts and got us right in.
